What could be terrible about a nickname

I have been here for a little while now and find myself constantly running across comments in the threads concerning Fuzzy Logic's nickname (at least the origin of). I have even seen pleads to not bring up the subject by more than a handful of people (people who have been here for quite sometime). I know the tale about curiosity but could it really be that horrible of a story?
